It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. By entering and confirming payment details in our shopping area, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older.
Vintages are subject to change but we will advise customers by email or telephone if this is the case before dispatch of stock. The customer has the option to confirm, cancel or modify their order at this time.
We want all of our customers to be happy with their wine purchase, If a customer is unhappy with their purchase, we will look to provide a full refund or replacement providing that the quantity of the original order is returned unopened and intact.
Customers can only request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Wine faults will be dealt with on a case by case basis, with the outcome decision resting entirely on Byrne Farm's discretion.
We can deliver within Australia ONLY. Some addresses may be outside of our contractor’s delivery areas. For overseas orders please speak with us directly to confirm if delivery is possible to that location and to confirm shipping costs.

Approximate delivery times (from email confirmation of order):
– NSW 3-5 Working days
– Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart and Perth 5-10 working days
– Regional Australia 5-10 working days
The goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. We may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. We will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.
The contract is made at the licenced premises, 841 Cargo Road, Nashdale, NSW, from where the goods will be dispatched under our liquor licence no LIQW880015336.
Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.
While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.
All credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe Payment Platform and Westpac. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay.
Byrne Farm Pty Ltd does not store any credit card information on our servers.
No obligation to sell the goods will arise until we accept your order, and receive payment. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted, unless by arrangement with us.
Our prices are in Australian Dollars and are subject to variation – the price payable for the goods is the price applicable on the date when we confirm your order.
The quoted price does not include the delivery and handling fee (if applicable) in respect of each order. The total amount payable is the price for each of the goods, together with the applicable delivery and handling fee.

For your security, the credit card details you provide to us online are encrypted using a digital security certificate supplied through Stripe
Stripe is certified to the highest industry standards to keep payment safe.
By joining the wine club I understand that I am committing to purchase a minimum of one dozen wines per annum, that I may cancel this order at any time in writing, prior to freighting of the next shipment of wine
We will not use the personal and credit card details you supply for anything other than delivering a superior service to you

Shipping and Delivery
We use a courier or Australia Post for our deliveries. Delivery usually takes 7-12 working days please advise us if you do not receive your wine.
If you do not specify delivery instructions and are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left by the courier or Australia Post to advise you of the delivery attempt. You will then be required to collect your pack from the courier depot or your closest post office.
