** New Release ** 2023 Chardonnay

We’re pleased to release our 2023 Chardonnay.  

Our fourth release of our Byrne Farm Chardonnay in the cool climate region of Orange, grown at approximately 900m above sea level. The 2023 Vintage, like 2022, was a very cool year with harvest times occurring 4 weeks later than usual.  Our Chardonnay was handpicked, whole bunch pressed with the cloudy juice put to large oak for fermentation and aged for 10 months.
This wine shows green apple, white peach and green melon fruits with flinty, textured notes balanced with a mineral, crisp finish.
