Product Description
We’re pleased to release our 2022 Chardonnay.
Our thIrd release of our Byrne Farm Chardonnay in the cool climate region of Orange, grown at approximately 900m above sea level. The 2022 Vintage, like 2021, was a very cool year with harvest times occurring 4 weeks later than usual. Our Chardonnay was handpicked, whole bunch pressed with the cloudy juice put to large oak for fermentation and aged for 9 months.
This wine shows green apple, white peach and green melon fruits with flinty, textured notes balanced with a mineral, crisp finish.
