** New Release ** 2025 Chardonnay

We’re pleased to release our 2025 Chardonnay.

Our sixth release of our Byrne Farm Chardonnay in the cool climate region of Orange, grown at approximately 900m above sea level. The 2025 Vintage, will be regarded as one of the great vintages in Orange. Our Chardonnay was handpicked, whole bunch pressed with the cloudy juice put to large French oak, 30% of which was new oak, for fermentation and aged for 10 months. This wine shows green apple, white peach and green melon fruits with flinty, textured notes balanced with a mineral, crisp finish.
