2023 Pinot Noir

Our 2023 Byrne Farm Pinot Noir comes from fruit grown in the cool climate region of Orange. Grown at approximately 900m above sea level, our Pinot Noir is a blend of Abel and 667 clones and was handpicked, with 100% being destemmed to whole berry, cold soaked and plunged once daily before being pressed and aged in oak for 9 months.

This wine shows bright dark cherry, raspberry fruits with subtle spice and perfume. Our Pinot Noir is fresh and crunchy with a delicate palette and a powerful fruit finish.
